As for the biggest style-slip up, Lindsay Lohan managed to make quite the scene in Beverly Hills. The scandalous starlet gave the patrons at Mr. Chow more bang for their buck, showing off her braless tatas underneath a totally sheer black shirt!

The wackiest look of the week was courtesy of fashion designer Rachel Roy, who decided to hit the premiere of Anne's movie dressed in her pajamas!

At the Teen Choice Awards, Blake Lively rocked a Gossip-worthy Gucci dress, while Taylor Swift looked white hot in Raphael Cennamo. Tyra Banks and Vampire Diaries star Kat Graham were dressed to shock. While the Top Model dressed up like an S&M bumblebee, the young actress had a major fringe faux pas.
