Former Survivor producer Bruce Beresford-Redman has just been informed by a federal judge that he will be extradited back to Mexico, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Bruce showed little emotion in the courthouse when the judge made the formal ruling, despite that fact that he will be facing an aggravated homicide charge in connection with the murder of his wife, Monica Beresford-Redman.

Federal Judge Jacqueline Choolian said that the government gave sufficient argument of probable cause in connection with Monica's murder, which was enough evidence for Bruce to be ordered back to Mexico.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Bruce wanted his 6-year-old daughter to testify at the hearing, but that request was withdrawn by Bruce's attorney before the hearing started.

Mexican prosecutors allege that Bruce murdered his wife Monica "by asphyxiating her" in their hotel room at the Moon Palace Resort on April 5, 2010.  Her naked body was later found in a resort sewer on April 8.

The family vacation was intended to help the couple work out their marital problems caused by his affair with another woman, his lawyers said.

If convicted of the homicide charge, he could be sentenced up to 30 years in jail.
