The man who has allegedly been stalking Halle Berry pled not guilty to one felony count of stalking in court Wednesday, RadarOnline.com can report.

Richard Franco, a 27-year-old from Commerce, CA, was arrested around 11pm Monday in the yard of the Oscar winning actress’ home after he jumped over a back wall onto her property.

A judge granted a restraining order against the Franco, obtained by RadarOnline.com, which states that he must stay at least 100 yards away from Berry, her daughter Nahla, her vehicle and her workplace.
