Demi Lovato Shines On First Red Carpet Since Rehab

Demi Lovato proved she's put her troubled past behind her as she stole the show at her first red carpet since her release from rehab, and RadarOnline.com has the stunning photos.
Showing off her figure in a curve-hugging LBD, the former Disney star looked glowing at the HTC Status Social launch party in Hollywood.
And with her clean bill of health and the recent release of her single Skyscraper, Lovato clearly had plenty to smile about.
The 18-year-old entered a treatment centre in November 2010 after an altercation with a back-up dancer during the South American leg of the Jonas Brothers tour.
She was released in January after getting help for physical and emotional issues, and has been keeping a low profile ever since.
Recent reports have linked her with a new man - Ryan Phillippe, who at 36-years-old is double her age. But the romance is believed to already be over after Phillippe's ex-girlfriend, Alexis Knapp, gave birth to their daughter just a couple of weeks ago.
