EXCLUSIVE DOCUMENTS: Kelsey To Appear In Court

The legal docs state that both Kelsey and Camille are anticipating testifying at the trial. Kelsey is also asking the judge handling the matter to seal all documents relating to the case, as well as the proceedings to protect his children.

Kelsey and Camille both agree that a custody evaluation should occur in the case, but they can't agree about who should do it, so they are requesting the judge to decide that matter. The custody trial is expected to begin in August or September.
