Twitter queen Lady Gaga rallied her social media troops to pledge support, love and well wishes to E Street Band sax player Clarence Clemons, who suffered a stroke at his home in Florida this past weekend.

Clemons, 69, performed alongside the hitmaker on this season’s American Idol finale; he was said to be “responsive and in stable condition” following emergency brain surgery.

Gaga’s new album Born This Way — which features Clemons’ work on two tracks — is in stores now.
