Joe Montana’s Son Nate Pleads ‘Not Guilty’ To DUI

NFL legend Joe Montana’s son Nate Montana today pled ‘not guilty’ to suspicion of driving under the influence.

The 21-year-old entered his plea to the misdemeanor at Missoula Justice Court before Judge John Odlin and has been ordered back to the same court on August 3, 2011.

RadarOnline.com learned that Montana Jr refused a blood test upon being taken to jail after he failed a field sobriety test when stopped by police on Friday morning in Missoula, Montana.

The 21-year-old was released from jail after posting $685 bond.

RadarOnline.com previously revealed that last August, Montana Jr, then a back-up quarterback at Notre Dame, also had an alcohol related run-in with the law.

He was busted on misdemeanor charges of minor consumption at a house party in South Bend, Indiana,  Montana Jnr played just three games for Notre Dame before being transferred to the Grizzlies.

Before today’s arrest Montana Jnr he had been tipped to be the starting quarterback for The Grizzlies in the coming season.
