Charlie Sheen Suffers Legal Setback

Actor Charlie Sheen suffered a legal setback in his battle with Warner Bros. and Chuck Lorre when a judge ruled that his contract, which includes an arbitration clause, is valid.
The former Two and a Half Men star is embroiled in a $100 million claim against the studio for firing him from the hit show and while he wanted a public trial, RadarOnline.com has learned the court ruled against Sheen’s request on Wednesday.
The judge is leaving it up to the mediator in the arbitration proceedings as to whether or not they will be public or private.
"The court made the appropriate ruling in denying Mr. Sheen's request to stay the arbitration in referring his lawsuit against Warner Bros. and Chuck Lorre to arbitration as his contract calls for,” legal powerhouse Howard Weitzman told RadarOnline.com.
“This matter will now proceed in an orderly fashion as the parties agreed to."

So while much of Sheen’s personal life has been splashed across headlines recently, what happens in the courtroom will remain private.
