Amy Smart Puts Beverly Hills Home Up For $1.4 Million

Actress Amy Smart is selling her Beverly Hills home for $1.4 million and RadarOnline.com has photos and video of her pad.
The two bedroom, two bathroom traditional home is 2,000 square feet and features hardwood floors, a swimming pool and spa.
Smart, 35, became engaged to TLC’s Trading Spaces handyman Carter Oosterhouse on April 21, 2011.

The Butterfly Effect actress put her house on the market less than a month ago and is hoping to unload it soon, making a profit, so the couple can buy a new home together.
