Water For Elephants hunk Robert Pattinson tells Ellen DeGeneres Wednesday a funny story involving a promotional gift she gave him: Ellen-emblazoned underwear.
Pattinson, 24, joked he’s not very good with using a washing machine, so in a pinch, after running out of clean undies, he wore the Ellen underwear as cameras rolled on his latest Twilight film.

“Every single shot we were doing this big fight and every shot has these Ellen underpants,” the 24-year-old A-lister joked. “It came to a point where producers are calling up my agent going, ‘I don’t know what he is up to but I don’t like it!’”
“Like there is some conspiracy theory of my underwear being in the movie or something,” Ellen said.

“They never questioned Fruit of the Loom before!” Pattinson replied.
Ellen, keeping the conspiracy theories buzzing, then presented the Remember Me star with a basket full of more underwear.
