To borrow a phrase from the legendary New York Yankee Yogi Berra, it was "deja vu all over again" for Charlie Sheen Friday night at Radio City Music Hall. You would have thought you were in Detroit the way the crowd heckled and booed, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

Wearing a matching NY Yankees hat and T-shirt, Sheen told his now familiar stories of drugs and partying. Other than mentioning that he was in a Trump hotel, there was little by way of original material for the Big Apple version of My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat Is Not an Option.

The crowd apparently had higher expectations and the heckling and jeering started only 30 minutes into a show that started 30 minutes late.

Not to be deterred, Sheen reminded the crowd -- as he did in Detroit -- that they'd paid to see him, suggesting they were getting what they paid for.

And perhaps sensing where his live stand-up -- or rather, sit-down -- career is headed, the former Two and a Half Men star told the crowd, "Of course I want my job back, man."

The show was brief, 30 minutes shorter than what played out in Chicago and Columbus, Ohio.  It appeared, several critics noted, that he ran out of patience with the increasingly hostile crowd and just left the stage.

Sheen will be back at Radio City Sunday night.
