James Rainford pleaded “no contest” to misdemeanor battery; neither Hilton or Waits were hurt in the attack.

Rainford had previously been arrested for trespassing into the exclusive gated community where Hilton owns a multimillion dollar mansion.  After his arrest yesterday, he told cops he “loved” Paris and had been given permission by her father to marry her.

Paris and Cy appeared in court Wednesday to testify against Nathan Parada, who is accused of felony burglary after being arrested at Hilton’s Beverly Hills mansion last October. Parada had two knives in his possession and was trying to break into the house as the couple slept.
