Jesse James is currently in stitches – unfortunately though, not from laughter.
“Happy Birthday to Me…” James wrote on his Twitter account Friday afternoon, alongside a graphic photo of a foot with numerous stitches in it.

We know the West Coast Choppers founder just celebrated his 42nd birthday on Tuesday, but what happened to his foot?
His fiancée Kat Von D hasn’t said anything about it on Twitter and calls to James’ rep have gone unreturned.
