The Brokeback Mountain star, 30, is locked and loaded in this upcoming promotional shot for the David Ayer-directed cop film, End of Watch.

Gyllenhaal looks every bit the buff, badass cop in his uniform, head shaved and gun raised.

The film's storyline centers on “a gritty cop drama that follows the friendship between longtime partners,” according to Variety.
