The man who was arrested at Charlie Sheen’s house for trespassing has been released from jail on the eve of the actor’s nationwide tour, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

David Pack, 26, was released from a Los Angeles jail on Friday.

It is not known if he posted bail.

Speaking exclusively to RadarOnline.com after the release, Pack’s father said he believed his son was “screwed over” because of the ex-Two and a Half Men star’s celebrity status.

“They kind of screwed him over because of Charlie Sheen being a movie star,” said David Senior.

When asked what prompted his son’s release and if he was able to post $50,000 bail, as was previously instructed under court order, the dad said: “I think that something was very wrong.”

His son has been in jail since March 10, after he was arrested on Sheen’s property having scaled the fortified fences of the actor’s multi-million dollar Sherman Oaks, Calif., mansion.

Pack had driven half way across the country from Kansas City in a desperate quest to meet his idol.

When one of Sheen's team eyeballed the bearded man, moving toward the actor who was sitting outside near the pool, he was detained in a citizen’s arrest and police were called.

"I'm with Charlie," Pack declared, before reaching into his pocket, according to someone inside the house.

However, the man’s father said he was a “good guy” who just wanted to talk to Sheen, 45, about an idea he had for a new television program.

“Charlie had advertised he was looking to hire some new people,” Pack Senior said.

When asked if his son planned on attempting to speak with the actor, whose My Violent Torpedo of Truth begins in Detroit on Saturday, Pack Senior said: "He didn't get a chance to talk to Mr. Sheen, (but) I wouldn't see why he would try now, if he didn't see him before he isn't going to try and see him now."
