EXCLUSIVE: Brooke Burke & David Charvet Settle In Theft Case

Dancing with the Stars co-host Brooke Burke and her husband David Charvet have settled a case in which they were accused of "knowingly" purchasing stolen items, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Burke and Baywatch star Charvet were among 30 people being sued for buying stolen merchandise from Euroconcepts, Inc. employee Zalfa Halaby.

"The respective parties are satisfied with the settlement," Sanford M. Passman, attorney for Euroconcepts, told RadarOnline.com.

"It's a confidential settlement, so I can't comment any further."

Euroconcepts claimed they were fleeced out of hundreds of thousands of dollars due to Halaby's alleged shady business deals.

According to the court documents, Burke and Charvet allegedly purchased roughly $70,000 worth of appliances for their Malibu home in 2007 - but in what emerged to be the deal of a lifetime - only paid about half of that.

In a taped deposition taken in May 2010, Burke denied any knowledge that she and Charvet bought and received stolen merchandise from Halaby.

One source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com although financial details cannot be disclosed, Euroconcepts is "very happy" with the settlement.
