Britney Spears is hoping that the third time is the charm after revealing her possible plans for marriage number three.

The pop princess has already tied the knot twice before, but RadarOnline.com has learned she might be willing to give it another go.

When asked by Us Weekly Magazine if she could see herself getting married again, Spears replied: "Maybe. Never say never."

The Hold It Against Me singer was married to her childhood friend, Jason Alexander, for all of 55 hours in January 2004, before the Vegas nuptials were annulled.

Later that same year she walked down the aisle with her backup dancer  Kevin Federline. Two years later the couple - who have two children together - divorced.

But five years on Spears says her wild child days are behind her and she's settled with boyfriend, Jason Trawick.

"We have such a great time together," she gushed. "He makes me laugh, and we are so comfortable being ourselves. We like to stay home, order in, watch movies, go to dinner with friends.

"And we love getting away for the weekend. Some of our favourite spots are Las Vegas, Hawaii or Mexico."

And her sons Sean Preston, 5, and Jayden James, 4, have already accepted Trawick as a father figure in their lives.

"Jason is just amazing with the boys," said Spears. "They look up to him so much - they adore him. He's their hero."
