Is Scott Disick ready to make an honest woman out of the mother of his 15-month-old baby son? It looks like that might be the case in the sneak peek of the upcoming Kourtney and Kim Take New York episode obtained by RadarOnline.com.
In the season finale, Kim Kardashian joins her sister's boyfriend at a jewelers where he reveals the bombshell news that he's going to get a ring for Kourtney.

"I don't know if it's the amazing diamonds, or just that individual ring, but something clicked," Disick says while checking out gorgeous sparklers, including one with yellow Pave diamonds, a favorite of Kourtney's.
"I'm sitting here, I'm 27 years old, I have a son that's almost a year old, and I'm going to buy earrings or a necklace one more time?" Scott asks Kim.
"I feel like at this point in my life, why am I not just buying an engagement ring?"

Shocked, Kim asks him if he's serious - but is it really possible that Scott and Kourtney have been engaged since the episode was filmed in 2010 and have kept it a secret all this time???
