In the upcoming episode of Kourtney and Kim Take New York, 30-year-old Kim has been engagement ring shopping with her sister’s boyfriend and baby daddy Scott Disick and is out for a night with friends talking about the news.
“They’re at their anniversary dinner and he has the ring in his pocket,” Kim tells her friends about Scott and Kourtney. “She has no idea.”

As Kim contemplates the time they’ve spent in New York, she makes an honest admission.
“This is a big realization to me that my life is so different than my sister’s now,” Kim says.

She has been dating basketball star Kris Humphries but isn’t engaged to him in the show, or even in real life!
Kim even says that she wishes she could stay in New York.
