9:20 a.m. PT - The judge asked all parties in the case to keep details of the case confidential, and cited RadarOnline.com among other news outlets for breaking stories related to Lindsay's on-going legal troubles. said Judge Schwartz: "I can't understand how they find out this information!"
9:17 a.m. PT - The judge told Lindsay that at her preliminary date on April 22, it will be determined if there's enough evidence to order her to stand trial for felony grand theft, and also at that time, it will be determined if she violated probation stemming from her prior DUI conviction.
9:15 a.m. PT - The judge gave Lindsay until March 25 to make up her mind if she wants to take a plea bargain. If she does not, the judge set Lindsay's preliminary hearing date for April 22 at 9 a.m.
9:07 a.m. PT - Lindsay arrives to court. She's wearing a taupe colored leather dress.
8:52 a.m. PT - Judge Schwartz just asked Lindsay's attorney Shawn Holley where her client was. Holley responded: "Your Honor, remember we said 9 a.m." Judge Schwartz then responded: "I can't read my own handwriting." Holley then explained that on Wednesday they agreed to push the hearing back to 9 a.m. Still, Lindsay will be late for the proceeding.
8:50 a.m. PT - Lindsay's attorney Shawn Holley is in the courtroom. Judge Schwartz is on the bench, hearing another case as we wait for Lindsay to arrive to court. Her hearing was scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. PT, but she didn't leave her home in Venice until 8:45 a.m. The courthouse is ten miles away from her home.

8:35 a.m. PT - Lindsay is officially late for her appearance! According to KTLA-TV, she hasn't even left her home in Venice, CA. -- which is around ten miles away from the courthouse.
Lindsay Lohan was scheduled to appear before a Los Angeles judge at 8:30 a.m. PT Thursday -- the actress is running late -- and RadarOnline.com is live streaming the hearing as soon as it begins.
The Mean Girls star, 24, is charged with felony grand theft for allegedly swiping a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store in Venice Beach, CA. At the hearing, Lohan must tell Judge Keith Schwartz if she accepts a plea deal -- a deal that WILL include some jail time.
If she rejects the plea deal, the judge will set a date for her preliminary hearing. At that time, another judge will decide if there's enough evidence to order her to stand trial.
Thursday's hearing will mark Lohan's ninth court appearance in 10 months.
