Calling Lindsay’s situation “a lifelong struggle with addiction,” Dina says Lindsay is “learning as she goes, but she’s learning under a microscope, so I can’t even imagine how that is.”
Dina said she’s known for years that Lindsay had a problem and “tried to get her help immediately.”
But the media was the target for most of her 20/20 comments. “I never thought the media would be crazy,” she said. “I never thought it would get to this level. It’s been really hard on my family, harder than anything.”
