Teenage father, Jonathan Rivera, one of the stars of the hit reality show Teen Mom 2 spent Valentine’s Day behind bars for allegedly smoking marijuana RadarOnline.com has learned.
Rivera, 19, (a.k.a. ‘Jo’ on the show), who stars alongside baby momma Kailyn Lowry and their son Isaac, was arrested with his brother, Edward Rivera, 23, around 11:30 pm on Feb. 13 on suspicion of being under the influence.

According to the Lopatcong Township Police Department, Rivera was a passenger in his brother’s Honda Civic when it was pulled over “because sparks were flying out from the undercarriage of the car.”
Police state that both brothers were “found to be under the influence of marijuana”.

Edward failed a field sobriety test at the scene, and they were both taken into custody.
The older Rivera was charged with DUI, being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, driving with a suspended license and driving an unsafe vehicle.
