According to police, no other arrests have been made but the investigation is ongoing.

On December 14, a man parked a black motorcycle at the Bellagio's valet entrance, left the motorcycle running and brazenly walked into the casino to rob it.

The bandit was in and out of the casino within minutes.

According to law enforcement, Carleo was arrested Wednesday night after he met undercover officers to sell the chips allegedly taken in the Bellagio heist.

Lt. Ray Steiber of the Las Vegas Metro Police said during a news conference Thursday that Carleo was arrested while staying at the Bellagio as part of an undercover police investigation. He said police have recovered $900,000 worth of chips and have accounted for another $300,000 in chips. The drug trafficking count stemmed from the discovery of a large quantity of narcotics during the investigation into the robbery, police said.

Police haven't recovered the motorcycle Carleo allegedly used to leave the scene after the robbery.

In addition to the Bellagio heist, Carleo is also suspected in the December 8 robbery of a poker cage at the Suncoast casino, which netted $20,000.

It's unclear if Carleo has been or will be charged in the Suncoast incident.

For now, Carleo remains held without bail at the Clark County Detention Center where he was booked Thursday.
