The 2011 NBA All-Star game in Los Angeles Sunday night was there place to be for A-List Hollywood.

"L.A. is out in full force to enjoy all of this All-Star glory," rapper Nick Cannon said as he kicked off the All-Star festivities by introducing Grammy winner Bruno Mars.

Access Hollywood's Maria Menounos talked to celebs on the "magenta colored" carpet, including pop star Ciara who said "may the best team win" and gave a special birthday shout-out to commentator and NBA legend Charles Barkley.

We spotted Beyonce and Jay-Z in the stands.  Justin Bieber, American Idol judge Steven Tyler, Ellen Pompeo, Stevie Wonder, P. Diddy, Jack Nicholson, George Lopez and Warren Beatty were all there too.

Neo stopped by the carpet and laughed about not being impressed by L.A. Clipper's star Blake Griffin's impressive slam dunk performance Saturday.

"I wasn't impressed, I can do that," joked of Griffin's spectacular performance where Griffin jumped over a car and made a one-of-a-kind dunk.

Dustin Hoffman stopped by the carpet and so did Noah Wyle and his son, Owen.

Just before tip off, Lenny Kravitz got the party started with a rousing live performance and Josh Groban performed a flawless version of the National Anthem.
