Oksana Grigorieva plans to take the stand in L.A. County Superior Court on Wednesday as she faces off with ex-fiance Mel Gibson in their bitter custody battle over one-year-old daughter Lucia, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Gibson has previously testified in the matter. In November, last year, the Lethal Weapon star’s voice reportedly cracked when he told court how much he loves Lucia and his other children.

Grigorieva, 40, wants Judge Scott Gordon to strip Gibson, 55, of overnight visits with Lucia; his lawyers, on the other hand, want the judge to strip the musician of all custody and award it to him.

RadarOnline.com has now learned that Gibson is NOT going to testify in this hearing, according to a reliable source. Earlier information had indicated he would, but the source close to the situation says he is not taking the stand.

Oksana has claimed Gibson punched her in the head on January 6, last year, during a nuclear blow-up at his multi-million dollar Malibu mansion, knocking out two veneers on her upper front teeth -- all while she held their then-infant daughter.

RadarOnline.com obtained exclusive photos showing damage to Grigorieva’s mouth; a broken tooth and cracked veneer on her upper front teeth.

In Gibson’s sworn declaration, dated June 23, he admitted to slapping his ex-girlfriend across the face, but denied that he ever punched her.
