“Both Dina and Lindsay love the fashion industry and are excited to do this together,” a close family friend told Radaronline.com.

The mother-daughter fashionistas have plans to sell both clothing and jewelry, we’re told, while the rehabbed starlet splits her time between both coasts.

“Right now, Lindsay loves being in Venice in her new home and enjoys the walk into town,” said the source.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Lohan entered a plea of not guilty to a felony grand theft charge at the Airport Courthouse in Los Angeles on Wednesday, before Superior Court Judge Keith L. Schwartz.

He warned the starlet not to “push your luck” between now and her next courtroom appearance.

Lohan allegedly stole a $2,500 “one of a kind” necklace from a jewelry store in Venice Beach, California, as we first revealed.

While her mom was not in court, the pair have been in constant contact according to the pal, discussing their grand plan.
