On last week's show, each of the teams were given a choice: stay on the ranch with the show's trusty trainers, Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels, or go to the team under a pair of mystery trainers and receive four weeks of immunity.

Five teams split off from the original 11 to join the squad -- who we'll refer to as the Unknowns -- headed by the mystery trainers.

On Tuesday's episode, the ranch team went head-to-head with the Unknowns (working out from a mystery location), and if the ranch team lost a higher percentage of weight, they’d receive immunity from elimination in week two.

After a grueling evening of challenges, including a bridge-building competition, the team on the ranch lost a higher percentage than the Unknowns, so no one had to go home.

"David slayed Goliath!" Harper said, as his team also collected $10,000 for besting their opponents.

Also of note was Arthur, the 31-year-old from Portland, Oregon who's the biggest contestant in the show's history, beginning at 507 pounds. After it was revealed he lost 13 pounds this week, the now-463-pound man launched into a memorable celebration dance the show will surely be using in highlight reels for years to come.
