The controversial 20-year-old mother spent 24 hours in jail recently after charges stemming from an alleged attack on her ex-fiancé Gary Shirley were laid by the Madison County Prosecutor’s Office.
As RadarOnline.com was first to report, Portwood has become quite chummy with Thomas, when the two hung out at a local bar and partied with paparazzi in a hotel room last weekend.

“It seems like her new friend is a bad influence and probably not someone Amber should be hanging out with,” a source told RadarOnline.com of the new friendship with Thomas.
The same day Portwood attended the football game – showing off a slimmer physique while sporting a white and pink jersey – she got an unexpected delivery of long-stem red roses at her home.

RadarOnline.com can confirm it was not Shirley who sent the flowers, and as we previously reported, Portwood broke up with boyfriend Clinton Yunker just before New Year’s.
