Jaime Pressly Splits From Husband

My Name Is Earl star Jaime Pressly has split from her lawyer husband in wake of her arrest on the suspicion of drunk driving, according to a new report.
As RadarOnline.com reported, the 33-year-old star was driving in Santa Monica, California, when she was pulled over for a traffic violation on January 5.
The legal woes could be the least of her worries, according to friends, who are spilling details about her recent split from entertainment lawyer Simran Singh.
"They are done," one insider tells UsMagazine.com of the pair, who wed in September 2009.
Said another: "It's over. I don't think they have officially filed anything yet though."
It seems bad luck really does come in threes, after we revealed earlier Monday how the actress also owes more than $637,000 in delinquent taxes.
