The actress, who legally took her husband’s surname, is also requesting to have her name restored to Pressly.

The divorce comes in the wake of the 33-year-old’s arrest on the suspicion of drunk driving.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the actress was driving in Santa Monica, California, when she was pulled over for a traffic violation on January 5.

In a string of bad news for the star, RadarOnline.com also discovered she owes more than $637,000 in Federal and state taxes. This was on top of the $281,699 lien the IRS had filed against her September 8, which was for 2008 income taxes.
