“I have a lawyer and I am not making any comment,” the 22-year-old told our reporter Thursday afternoon.

Jordan was at Sheen’s mansion on Wednesday afternoon when she took to Twitter to publish a risqué photo, wearing a barely-there bikini.

Not soon after, she wrote: “It’s officially 24 hours of drinking! Hehe.”
When asked if she was with the troubled Hollywood star when he was taken to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, Jordan hesitated before declaring: “No.”

Sheen, star of the top-rated sitcom Two and a Half Men, was taken to a hospital this morning with severe abdominal pains, as RadarOnline.com previously reported.
