David Arquette is out of rehab. Courteney Cox‘s estranged husband “has completed treatment” his rep tells RadarOnline.com.

David went into the Betty Ford Center four weeks ago for what his rep said was for “alcohol and other issues.”

Arquette and Cox split late last year and David went on an outrageous party spree. He also confessed to feelings of depression.

After a particularly wild New Year’s Eve, he checked himself into Betty Ford.

Courteney expressed her support for David when he went into rehab.

There is no indication yet if the couple plans to reconcile.
