Ryan Seacrest -- the hardest working man in show biz -- said Thursday on Good Morning America that no, he is not engaged to dancer-turned-actress Julianne Hough.
Seacrest appeared on GMA to promote his upcoming hosting duties on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve special, but at the end of the interview, anchors Bill Weir and Robin Roberts couldn't help but ask the 'are ya getting hitched' question.
Seacrest coyly said he'd have "breaking news after the break" -- an ode to how he teases audiences on American Idol during the results show, but he then added, "I'm not engaged.. but very happy."
Seacrest, 36, and Hough, 22 have quietly dated for a couple of months now.
