Justin Bieber has escaped criminal charges after an incident at a Canadian Laser Tag park in October, when a 12-year-old boy accused the Baby singer of punching him in the face, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

"This investigation into the incident is now complete and no charges will be forwarded as the evidence collected doesn't support doing so," Corporal Turley of the Richmond Royal Canadian Mounted Police told RadarOnline.com.

As we previously reported, Bieber was accused of the misdeed on October 15 at the Planet Lazer Entertainment Center in Richmond, British Columbia.

There, a boy, 12, said the pop sensation hit him, though conflicting reports indicate the accuser may have called Bieber a homophobic slur prior to the incident.
