You might not be able to take the Jersey out of Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino but you can try to spruce him up!
RadarOnline.com has the exclusive run down of how he polished his style for some of his big moments in the spotlight.
For his appearance with Jay Leno, The Situation stayed casual but refined his look with a sleek vest from Cohesive (which retails for $100) and more tailored “Venetian” jeans ($160) also from the brand.
He took it up a notch for the GQ Men of the Year Awards party where he showed up looking devilishly handsome in a Cohesive suit and their $160 “Perfecto” shirt.
“He wanted to look more mature and dress nicer though he did not want to lose his Jersey bling roots,” Cohesive design director David Appel, who co-founded the line with Sas Parsa, told RadarOnline.com. “Our brand is perfect because we are a preppy and edgy.”
Though The Situation was a “bit weirded out” about wearing a suit, he was pleased by the overall effect.
“I think the reaction of the people made him feel good,” Appel added.
