Fergie, who was named the fashion mag’s Woman of the Year, dominated swanky event, looking red hot in a curve-hugging Zac Posen gown, which she paired with Cartier bling and Casadei pumps. What was her best accessory of all? Hunky hubby Josh Duhamel on her arm, of course!

Kate Hudson showed off her hot body, pairing a shimmery side slit Lanvin gown with gold Brian Atwood Maniac pumps. The SoCal babe looked super sexy and sophisticated in the ultra-glam attire, which is sort of becoming her trademark style.

Hilary Swank also looked ultra sexy, showing off her flawless figure in a pewter Atelier Versace gown from the Spring 2010 collection. The daring dress featured a caged bodice, which added an edge to the A-lister’s usually demure fashion persona.
