Federal Complaint Against Survivor Producer Reveals Gruesome Murder Details

The US Attorney's office complaint documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, which preceded Bruce Beresford-Redman's arrest Tuesday, revealed eyewitness accounts from the night Bruce's wife Monica was murdered including the condition of the room in which she had been staying and the details of the martial strife that plagued the couple before her death.
Monica's body was found in a sewer on the resort property where the family had been staying and she died of asphyxiation and blunt force trauma.

The documents state that Monica's sister Ferreira Burgos told authorities the couple had been arguing over Bruce's affair with a former colleague. The Mexican authorities confirmed the affair through emails they obtained. Monica's sister said she had gone on a trip to Hawaii but "refused to allow Beresford Bruce to accompany them."
The family nanny Maria Oaxaca was also interviewed and said the couple had a big fight the night before the family left for Cancun. The documents also say that the nanny said a day or two before the trip that Beresford "wanted to buy life insurance for Monica and himself." However, she was unsure if it was ever purchased. The report confirms that the two Beresford-Redman children traveled to Cancun with their parents.

Gonzalez Reyes, an employee of the hotel, provided in a sworn statement that he saw the couple arguing outside a restaurant at the resort on April 4, 2010, at about 8:30pm. Reyes said he noticed the woman was crying and "he saw the man twice attempt to physically assault the woman, but the man stopped when he realized that Gonzalez Reyes was watching."
According to a handwritten statement provided to the hotel security, two teenagers staying in the room below the Beresford-Redman's reported that they were awakened about 6:00 AM on April 5, 2010 by "screams, crying for help and extremely loud banging from the room above theirs...It sounded like a woman in extreme distress."
The documents state that when Bruce was contacted in his room by the hotel concierge, he stated that the family was playing with their little 3-year-old son.

According to the documents, on April 9, 2010 a forensics expert examined the Beresford-Redman room and found stains on a pillar in the room, on the sheets on the bed, and on a railing on the balcony in the room. The stains tested presumptively for the presence of blood.
The hotel cleaning staff reported that they had not been in to clean the room on April 3 but when they returned on April 5 a Do Not Disturb Sign was on the door.

A former colleague of Bruce's told investigators that he received an email from Bruce after a year of no contact in which Bruce indicated his wife was missing. Tim Blixseth told investigators that he spoke on the phone to Bruce who said "I've lost my wife," and "Blixseth stated that it was as if Beresford was reading from a script. There was no emotion."
The documents said "Blixseth stated the Beresford was very calm and it was as if he had just lost his dog."

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Bruce was arrested by Federal Marshals on Tuesday and will appear in Federal court on Wednesday.
