EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Dead Doc's Final Message To Heidi Montag - 'Find Someone Else To Do More Plastic Surgery!'

Dr. Frank Ryan - the late plastic surgeon who performed Heidi Montag's mega makeover - told the reality TV star just before his death: "You have had enough. I am not going to do anything more for you!"
The revelation that Dr. Ryan refused Heidi's request comes from one of his former staffers in the wake of Heidi's bitter campaign of trash-talking the man who performed 10 surgeries on her in a single day.
"(Frank) told me himself that Heidi had asked him to continue on with more surgeries since she was so pleased with the results," one of his staff wrote in an email sent to Ryan's long-time friend Dawn DaLuise last week.
"He gave his little "geez" - look to the side - and continued, 'She can find someone else to do it, I told her she had enough, and I was not going to do anything more for her'."

Dr. Ryan's former staff member said: "He didn't want to do the last surgery, but she insisted."
The doctor performed the stunning surgeries on Heidi, which included having her breast implants increased to DDDs, a brow lift, a nose job revision, lipo on her stomach and thighs and a butt augmentation, among other things.
Dr. Ryan's final confrontation with Heidi took place not soon before he died in a fatal car accident this past August in Malibu when his Jeep went off a cliff.
"I am aware of just how he felt about it," the unidentified staffer said.
"She really was after him to do more. I was in the office as well when she called him and he tried to have one of the gals in the office take a message taken but Heidi would not stand for it.
"Being the professional he was, he took the call in the other room.
"But she was calling him, wanting to schedule more (for what, I didn't hear.). He came back and made a comment with that laugh of his."
DaLuise read the email to RadarOnline.com, as part of her video exclusive interview, in which she claimed Heidi had a secret crush that bordered on an obsession with the late doc.

"I feel Heidi speaking ill of Dr. Ryan since he's not here to defend himself if desecrating his memory," DaLuise said.
"She would not be saying these things if he was alive.
"In maligning a dead person, that's reprehensible. There is no excuse for doing that; it makes me wonder if she even has a soul."
