David Charvet is spitting mad over allegations he and longtime girlfriend and Dancing With The Stars host Brooke Burke purchased what are being considered as stolen kitchen appliances.

In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Charvet said bluntly: "We didn't steal any appliances. Go take a look at our kitchen, it's all ours and paid for."

Charvet and Burke have been caught up in a complicated criminal and civil case for the past year.

Zalfa Halaby, an employee of the upscale Euroconcepts appliance store, was arrested after the company claimed she was selling their appliances "out the back door."

The attorney for the store's owner alleges that in return for deep discounts, she had customers -- including Burke and Charvet -- pay her directly for the appliances and she pocketed the money.

Euroconcepts is now suing the couple along with nearly 30 other defendants.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Brooke and David's attorney Martin Singer called the lawsuit "ridiculous and frivolous."

"Euroconcepts problem is not the 30 customers who paid for the merchandise that was actually delivered to them and paid for by those customers, including David Charvet, but Euroconcepts has an employee who allegedly stole money from them and has been arrested by the Beverly Hills Police Department," Singer told RadarOnline.com.

Added Charvet: "We have Bentleys in the garage. Why would we need to steal a stove and refrigerator? That's such bulls**t."
