The bimbos of Tiger Woods, Jesse James, Reggie Bush and others celebrities are going under the knife in a bid to be sculpted into the ideal woman, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
From boobs, to lips and noses - make no butts about it - the stars of this year's biggest sexcapades are set to undergo head-to-toe transformations.
"The reason the girls are doing this is because they want a fresh start," Gina Rodriguez, the owner of DD Management Group, who is organizing the plastic convention, trumpeted to RadarOnline.com.
"It is for no other reason than to help these women re-invent themselves for there own personal reasons, including career and dating."
Rodriguez, who runs the top agency representing porn actresses, has signed Tiger sex sirens Joslyn James and Jamie Jungers to do the mega makeovers, along with Jesse James' mistress Melissa Smith and January Gessert, the waitress who spent the night with Reggie Bush.
The already silicon enhanced James plans to upsize her boobs from 34DD to 34E!
"Joslyn wants her boobs redone... they are capsulated and she is getting them fixed and going a bit bigger," revealed Rodriguez.
RadarOnline.com has learned James, who exchanged ridiculously dirty text messages with the potent putter, is also determined to have botox pumped into her face, pout plumping, hair extensions, a spray tan and veneers for her teeth.
Jungers, who was also one of Tiger's countless swings, will also have a breast augmentation.
"Some of the girls are getting these services complimentary from doctors who are involved, while others are paying," said Rodriguez.
Gessert - the blonde who allegedly romped with Bush on March 16, this year - plans a procedure to add more junk to her trunk!
The butt implants could even make her look the woman whose man she stole, Kim Kardashian.
Smith, the heavily tattooed stripper who claims to have been one of Jesse's Girl, will have a new nose to go with a glamorous new look, that will include teeth whitening.
While the once-overs would make for a sensational reality television show, Rodriguez has insisted it is not.
"It is not for a reality show," she said.
"But of course we are hoping the press will cover it, to salute the girls and their doctors, physicians and contributors who are going to do an amazing job."
