In her divorce filing on Monday, Brooke Mueller asked for a different set of custody terms than those requested by Charlie Sheen in his earlier filing, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Earlier in the day, Sheen asked for joint physical and legal custody of the couple’s twin boys Bob and Max.

While Brooke agreed to joint legal custody, she is requesting sole physical custody of their sons with Charlie being granted visitation rights.

Also, Mueller is asking for spousal support- something Sheen requested the court not to grant.
