The war of the bimbos has broken out in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Gina Rodriguez is suing Devon James, mistress # (we’re lost count) of Tiger Woods.
Rodriguez, a former porn star, says she was Devon’s manager and is owed money on a website deal.
Devon has claimed to RadarOnline.com she has a sex tape with Tiger Woods and has made a deal to release it on the internet. RadarOnline.com has not seen the tape or verified its existence.

In her lawsuit, Rodriguez also claimed that Devon has been bad-mouthing her on the internet with posts accusing her of “smoking crack,” and calling her a “liar,” “thief,” and just for good measure, a “whore bag slut.”

Rodriguez wants the court to award her $10,000 and order James to shut up.
