PHOTOS: Heidi & Spencer Together For Halloween In Vegas

Heidi Montag was the one with the paying gig but Spencer Pratt had to come along for the ride -- of course -- when she hosted a Halloween party in Las Vegas last night. You can see pictures of the wacky couple right here on RadarOnline.com.
Heidi was the official host of PURE Nightclub's annual Halloween bash. The former Hills star was barely in costume, wearing a skintight gold mini dress with black lace trim. Her formerly estranged spouse went as a space alien, an appropriate costume choice some might suggest.
"Fortunately, we are together," Heidi told the Las Vegas Review-Journal right before the event.
"It has been a long summer, and we are together, and I'm so excited to be in Vegas together."
