On Saturday night, David attended an event with business partner Jeff Beacher and Seth MacFarlane at a private home in Los Angeles.

And it wasn’t the first time he had been spotted without Courteney, who he married in 1999 after meeting while filming the 1996 horror thriller Scream.
David traveled to the Montreal World Film Festival on September 3, solo, to promote his film The Land of the Astronauts.

He was also spotted twice, the month prior, without the love of his life: once at Nobu, a one-time favorite restaurant of the couple, and again at an Art of Elysium event on August 28.
