Duane (Dog the Bounty Hunter) Chapman was rushed to UCLA Medical Center Saturday RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Chapman was admitted to the ER with extreme pain in his left leg, a source close to the reality star and real-life fugitive hunter tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.  It was feared he had a blood clot behind his knee.

Dog suffered an injury to his left leg a few weeks ago while kicking in a door while working.  His muscle separated from the bone and caused internal bleeding, RadarOnline.com has learned.  The injury has grown worse as he has been traveling during the past week.

Last Sunday, Dog and his wife Beth were in Denver campaigning for their friend, Tom Tancredo, a third party candidate for governor of Colorado.  The Chapmans own property in Colorado.

On Thursday, the couple was spotted having lunch in Malibu, where an eyewitness tells RadarOnline.com Dog appeared to be happy and healthy as he sat with his arms around Beth.

But by Saturday, the injured muscle was so inflamed that Dog needed to go to the emergency room; his knee was extremely swollen.
