Brooke Mueller, the wife of actor Charlie Sheen, is being sued in Los Angeles Superior Court for not paying for services rendered to a Beverly Hills public relations firm, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
In documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Arden Silverman of Capital Asset Protection is suing the mother of two for $20,142.91 on behalf of Rogers & Cowan “for work, labor, services, and materials rendered at the special instance and request of defendant and for which defendant promised to pay Plaintiff.”
Capital Asset Protection is a commercial collection agency in Calabasas, CA and was assigned the case by Rogers and Cowan in September.

The first court date on the case is set for April 2011.
Mueller is no stranger to publicity. In December 2009, both Mueller and Sheen made headlines when cops were called to a Colorado home occupied by the couple regarding a domestic dispute.
Sheen was arrested and later pled guilty to misdemeanor third degree assault.
