A month ago, Wilson filed papers requesting for their over 20-year marriage be dissolved on the grounds of irreconcilable differences.
The couple’s separate filings have many things in common: both date their separation back to June 15, 2008, both cite the same reason for their divorce, and both request joint legal and physical custody of their two sons.

However, Crowe is requesting for the termination of the court’s ability to award spousal support to Wilson.
