There is one boss in the Kardashian family and it's Kris Jenner.

She's the mom-ager, agent, publicist and everything else to her family, but in an sneak peek of the upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the family reacts to Kris's desire to branch out and start to manage a band, which doesn't have any of her kids in it.

"Just because you bought CDs doesn't mean that you know the music business," Kourtney sassed to her mom.

Bruce jokes that Kris listens "to the same tape, Luther Vandross," and questions her decision to manage a band too.

"How much experience do you have in managing music groups?"

Quick to defend herself, Kris shot back "I have a lot of experience managing girls!"

The rest of the family says that Kris already has too much on her plate. Kim is shown complaining "she books me on an audition and a photo shoot on the same day!"

The usually supportive family doesn't seem to think that Kris can handle the gig.

"I wasn't born in the dark ages! I actually know what I'm talking about once in a while," Kris tells her family.

Kourtney has her doubts about the new responsibility. "She manages our entire family and now she wants to manage this band? What does she even know about the music business anyway?"

See it all play out on Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians at 10pm on E!.
