VIDEO: It's Official! Danielle Staub Leaving NJ Housewives; Makes Peace On Reunion Show

The second chapter of the Real Housewives of New Jersey's reunion show Monday saw outgoing cast member Danielle Staub try and bury multiple hatchets at once, as the 48-year-old sex tape star attempted to make peace with castmates Caroline Manzo, Jacqueline Laurita and Teresa Giudice, to varying degrees of success.

The show rolled along with the usual drama, until Laurita turned over a new leaf to her bitter arch-rival Staub, who'd pressed charges against her daughter Ashley Holmes after a hair-pulling incident at a New Jersey country club.
"The more you would say, the more angry I would get, and the more I wanted to lash out at you," Laurita told Staub. "I hated the person I was becoming, and its gotten so ugly and out of control now. I just don't want to be in that place anymore, and I really don’t want to be this person that’s angry and attacking you all the time."
Staub apologized in turn, and said she'd make sure the charges against Holmes disappear. After Giudice told Staub she never tried to smear her with malicious rumors, Staub hugged Giudice, and then Laurita.

Manzo was not as receptive: After a reconciliatory Staub offered her hand in friendship, Manzo shook her hand before declaring: "This is the biggest crock of sh*t I've seen in my life.
"I have to be honest. If I'm a bit*h , I will own it,” Manzo said. “I am not a coward, I am not a phony -- this was phony."
On Monday, Bravo's Andy Cohen said that "the reunion was Danielle's last appearance on 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
"We thought the hugs were a great way to end two seasons of bitterness between the women," Cohen said.
