PHOTOS: Sandra Bullock Takes Baby Louis Out In Beverly Hills

Sandra Bullock and her adorable son Louis were out-and-about in Beverly Hills Friday, and RadarOnline.com has all the pictures.

The mother and son visited a medical office building -- maybe a check-up for baby Louis? -- and ran some other errands as well.

Since her divorce from Jesse James, Bullock is infrequently seen in SoCal except when business calls. Austin, Texas is her home base, and she has famously adopted New Orleans as her second home.  Louis is a Nola native.
